How it works
Five steps, start to finish. Your school controls the money the whole way through.

Pick your dates
Call or email to set a start date. We send the coordinator guide, the take-home order form, and a flyer you can drop into your bulletin or parent newsletter — no design work on your end.

Send the order forms home
Two to three weeks is the sweet spot. Students sell to family, neighbors, and parishioners at $9.99 a book. Grandparents are the reliable buyers here.

Collect payment your way
Cash, checks made out to the school, or your existing online payment portal. The money never passes through us, so there is nothing new for your bookkeeper to set up.

Tally and place one order
Collect the tally sheets, add up the books, and send us the total. You get a single invoice for the wholesale cost. Your profit stays in the school account — you never write a check for more than you have already collected.

Books ship to your school
One carton, addressed to your office, in one to two weeks. Sort by classroom and send them home. Nothing to store, nothing to return.

The book
The Mysteries of the Rosary — a 54-page coloring book that walks children through all twenty mysteries, one full-page illustration at a time.
- 20 full-page illustrations, one for each mystery, in order
- Scripture reference and a one-sentence retelling a child can follow
- The fruit of each mystery, so the page teaches while it is colored
- A step-by-step guide to praying the Rosary, plus which mysteries belong to each day
- Single-sided pages, so markers will not bleed through
- Written for ages 6 to 10 — the Sorrowful Mysteries are drawn gently, with no wounds or violence

Questions coordinators ask
What if we sell fewer than we expected?
You order exactly what you sold. There is no minimum beyond 25 books and nothing to return, because we print your order after you place it.
Do we pay anything before the sale?
No. You invoice nothing and spend nothing until the sale is over and the money is in hand. The single invoice comes after you report your total.
Is our school’s tax exemption honored?
Yes. Send a copy of your exemption certificate with your order and the invoice is issued without sales tax.
How do we pay the invoice?
A PayPal Business invoice, payable by card, bank transfer, or a school check. Terms are net 15 from delivery.
Can families buy it themselves instead?
The book is on Amazon at $9.99 year-round, so anyone who misses the sale can still get one. Fundraiser pricing is only available through the school.
Can we run this for a parish, not a school?
Yes. CCD and religious education programs, youth groups, Knights of Columbus councils, and homeschool co-ops all run it the same way.
